When we unveiled our $4 million amenity package last summer, we knew it was going to be special — but watching residents bring these spaces to life has been the true reward. The Residents’ Club has become the ultimate gathering place for neighbors who quickly turned into close friends.
Whether it’s swapping stories around the fire pit, enjoying the breeze in our expansive covered outdoor pavilions, or hosting community events in the clubhouse’s beautiful indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, the club has redefined what it means to live in South Harbor.

It’s been an incredible year of fun in the sun! The resort-style heated lap pool, complete with its stunning waterfall and sun shelf, has been a daily retreat for many. From high-energy water aerobics and water volleyball to simply unwinding in the outdoor hot tub, residents have truly embraced the “every day is a vacation” lifestyle.
And we can’t talk about the past twelve months without mentioning the SportsGarden®! The friendly competition has been endless:
- Evening matches on the two lighted pickleball courts
- Afternoon bocce ball, shuffleboard, and badminton
- Perfecting strokes on the putting green
- Laughter over corn hole and horseshoes
We’ve also loved seeing the multi-generational joy at the Grandkids’ Playground and the wagging tails over at the community Dog Park.
