We’re thrilled to share the fantastic progress and sales success of South Harbor since opening sales in March 2023. We are so thankful for the interest and support from our home buyers and from local Realtors. Because of you, South Harbor has been thriving—and we’re just getting started!
Sales Milestones: A Steady Climb
Since March 2023, South Harbor has seen incredible demand with 113 homes sold—a significant achievement! This includes 90 townhomes and 23 single-family detached homes. On average, we’re closing five homes a month, or one every six days making South Harbor the #1 selling 55+ community in southside Hampton Roads. It’s clear that the South Harbor lifestyle is one that so many are eager to embrace.
Development Updates: Expanding to Meet Demand
We are pleased to announce that the first phase of 90 townhomes has officially sold out! Due to overwhelming interest, we’re excited to share that we anticipate the next phase of 30 townhomes to be available by late spring.
In addition, our single-family detached homes were successfully launched in December 2024, and we’ve already celebrated 23 sales in the first 30 days—a truly outstanding response from the market.
Amenity Center Progress: Almost Ready for You!
The clubhouse construction is nearing completion, and the remaining amenities are coming together beautifully. We can’t wait to welcome you to an amazing, resort-style lifestyle that includes:
- Heated pool with lap lanes, a sun shelf, a hot tub, water volleyball, a fire table/pit, plenty of seating, and lots of shade
- Outdoor covered entertainment area with a fireplace
